Polyengineering was selected to design an 8,736 sq ft. office building for WTG&E Realty located in Dothan, Alabama. The office is a two story wood frame with brick veneer building. The first floor is 6,840 sq ft containing office spaces, main entrance with lobby and real estate entrance and lobby, three (3) conference rooms, break room and a real-estate wing. The second floor is 1,896 sq ft. which is used for storage space for old files and records. This contemporary/modern style building was completed in October of 2003.
